I am not a professional pizzaiolo, but I was a chef and I absolutely love pizza. I watch shows on it, read blogs and books on it, and am pretty obsessed with it. I am also a huge enemy of so called fast food pizza as in Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza hut to me that is not pizza and you can call me a pizza snob but I refuse to eat at those places. I am lucky in the fact that I live in NY and around great pizza. This is just my blog about my experiences and love of pizza.
